At Aromae Handmade Luxury Candles, each product is carefully handcrafted to order. Due to the artisanal nature of our candles, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or provide refunds for orders once they are placed. Please Review our Policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters the production process immediately. As such, we are unable to cancel or modify your orders.
2. Handmade Imperfections
Please note that all of our candles are handmade, and as such, slight imperfections may occur. This includes minor color variations, surface texture, or air bubbles, which are normal in the production of handcrafted goods and do not affect the quality or performance of the candle. These unique characteristics make each candles one-of-a-kind.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Since all products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective:
4.1 Contact us at support@aromacandles.com within 48 hours of delivery.
4.2 Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
4.3 If approved, we will offer a replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost.
5. Final Sale Policy
All Sales are final once your order is confirmed.
